Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Massy Blvd - Hagerstown

So far, I have had three haircuts at this location; each time with a different individual. I normally get a "flattop", and most stylists don't receive much training in this style. I have no issue with letting them take their time to get the experience with this type of cut, and I have had no issues with the finished cut. The employees are always friendly, and the store is always clean and well kept. I have not used the on-line check-in, but have checked the wait times prior to arriving; and the times have been pretty close to accurate.

The online check in said there was a 4 minute wait. When I got there the original wait I was road was 20 minutes, which was fine. But after an hour I still had not been called back. After every haircut the employees would stand around and talk to each other for 10 minutes before even cleaning up their area and calling the next customer back. Once it was my turn, I was told I would have to wait for another employee because the one who was supposed to cut my hair could not do a simple fade. This business advertises being the best in men's hair, so how can someone who works there not be able to do a simple fade? After that I waited another 15 mins for a sub par haircut that took over 20 mins because they would continuously stop and talk to each other. This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.
